We currently do not accept returns; however, you can always contact us for any arbitration issues or questions at frontdesk@blackwatertruss.com

Blackwater Truss Systems will not be responsible for any permits or construction.
We will not be responsible for the attachment of the truss to the post.
There will be no refunds for deposits or payments made on trusses.
If dispute, customer will be responsible for all attorney fees and court costs.
Buyer agrees not to manufacture or duplicate in any way this web truss system or any version of this type, style, or design trusses (angle or tube).

• All trusses come with one coat of black primer, not a finishing coat of paint.
• All 1.5” trusses come with a web depth of 16".
• All 2" trusses come with a depth of 24".
• Any other web depths will be an added charge.
• All gable-style trusses come with a 4/12 pitch.
• All lean-to trusses come with a 1.5/12 pitch.
• All other pitches will be an added charge.

BY PURCHASING MATERIALS/GOODS THROUGH BLACKWATERTRUSS.COM, I PLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ALL CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY.

I agree and understand that my selections are made by myself and agree that the Truss Width,
Truss Type, Truss Quantity, Truss Pitch, Truss Material, Truss Overhang, Truss Web Depth, and
Truss Inside Measurement are correct to my specifications.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
