All prices listed on our website reflect standard trusses with:

Custom Sizing

We can build trusses to match specific inside measurements based on your post spacing or unique structural layout. Our team will work with you to ensure your trusses fit perfectly between your posts.

- Gable & Monoslope Trusses: Standard inside measurements are determined by subtracting 5.5 inches from each side of the nominal span. For example, a 40’ gable or monoslope truss has an inside measurement of 39’1”.

- Lean-To Trusses: Standard lean-to trusses follow different inside measurements. For example, a 20’ lean-to has an inside measurement of 19’ 6.5”, and a 16’ lean-to has an inside measurement of 15’ 6.5”.

If your project requires something different, we can engineer and fabricate a truss to your exact inside dimension.

Blackwater offers multiple square and rectangular tubing options to match your span and performance requirements:

- Square Tube Trusses – Available in 1.5” and 2” material.

- We can also work with any size square or rectangular tubing if your project requires a non-standard material configuration.

- We offer various thicknesses of tubing, with 14 gauge as our standard. Thicker or specialized gauges can be used depending on engineering requirements and customer preference.

Any deviation from the standard material used for a listed truss will require a custom quote.
