At Blackwater Truss Systems, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Square-Tube Trusses. This warranty reflects our commitment to superior materials, workmanship, and long-term customer satisfaction.

What’s Covered

- Defects in material and workmanship

- Damage occurring during normal use of the trusses

- At our option, we will repair or replace any truss or part that proves defective due to improper workmanship or materials.

- Replacement parts may be new or refurbished but will be functionally equivalent to new.

- If we cannot repair or replace a product, we will refund the current value of the truss at the time the claim is made.

What’s Not Covered

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is designed to protect against defects, but it does not cover damage from unforeseen or improper circumstances, including:

- Improper installation

- Abuse or misuse

- Natural disasters or acts of God

- Abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions (including saltwater exposure)

- Unauthorized modifications or repairs

- Products with altered, obliterated, or removed identification tags

- Products that were mishandled, packaged incorrectly, sold second-hand, or resold contrary to law

Additionally, the warranty does not cover any costs associated with removing or installing trusses as part of a claim.

Non-Transferable Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser. It is non-transferable and cannot be reassigned or passed on to subsequent owners.

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase from Blackwater Truss Systems. No warranty service will be provided without proof of purchase.
